Was reading Wired on my iPad and had decided to subscribe.

Saw it that it was USD$10 for 2 years. (forget about the physical magazine option, delivery at US$30 per year kills it!)

Good deal! I then tried to subscribe on my PC (easier to enter CC details) only to find, depending on how I searched for the deal it would either give me a 1 year or 6 month subscription option only!

I realised that they were doing some weird thing where depending where you came from you got different offers….stuff that!

    Good deal but not a fan of autorenewal. Anyone know if you can cancel straight away online? By the way, it's also free with RBDigital.

    Check your local library for an even better bargain. They normally have heaps of e-zines available to read for free (and I’m talking popular titles that you would otherwise find at your local newsagents, not just rando ones). My small country town library didn’t happen to have a digital subscription to Wired but my uni’s library did.

    Anybody had trouble with the electronic version? It created a wired.com account for me after some trouble, but then said I need to provide an Account Number to find my subscription.

    And what app to use in the Google Play Store? I could only find Wired UK.
