"Excludes sale items" means what exactly? Almost everything is on sale.

    • +1

Exactly and couldn't find the country of origin aswell. Vague offer terms and I am afraid they might deny the cashback later.

    • +2

I think it's a copy paste error. Those conditions usually apply to using code for discounts on the website directly.

Has there ever been cashback not eligible on sale items?

    • +1

I just bought a pair of shoes half an hour ago and 10 minutes later I received the confirmation from Cashreward with the cashback amount.

      • +1

It's a very good deal with the boosted cashback and the Amex statement credit.

        • +1

Exactly! I have been waiting for a boosted cashback like this from either cashreward or shopback since Friday but the highest cashback rate was only 7% from shopback and now the wait has finally paid off. lol

  • Shame Made in UK/US isnt on sale :(

Edit: sorry, saw that this is already captured in the OP

  • So many things not available on the website now…

  • After waiting full day for upsize cashback i finally ordered via shopback for 7% at 6pm. Should have waited longer!

  • +1

    Shopped sale items,

It tracked at the full price… Probs will get modified

    But Def's a great deal :)

  • Expired?! I thought now still have 30 mins

  • Should have waited for this instead of shopback. They's got tracking issues so basically lost $24.

    • I have better experience with shopback, especially with the fixed value bonuses.

  • I managed to pick up two pairs of shoes for $108 plus Amex deals so basically $68! OZbargained!

  • Mine still has not tracked. Anyone else?

    • Mine has not. Nor did I receive an order email or shipping email hence I've going to have to chase them for a tax invoice to send through to Cashrewards. This is now the second order where I'ver received nothing.

      • I got the shoes and tax invoice 2 days after ordering. I put in a claim just now with CR lets see what they say.

        • Yes, I got the order within 2 days which is great and just emailed them now for the tax invoice.

    • Did your get tracked in the end? I still haven't gotten anything.

Also have yet to hear from cashrewards after submitting a claim.

      • Didn't get tracked but submitted a claim 2 days ago and also still waiting for CR reply.

      • No tracking and I'm still chasing a tax invoice. Just sent a second email for it!

    • Mine didn't track. Raised a claim with Cashrewards. Looks like a few might have slipped through a crack.

  • Just received this reply from cashrewards after a week of submitting a claim with them.

Thank you for your reply and clarification with your discount.

Please be advised that Cashrewards team did not receive any information from New Balance in relation with this order. However, our team will follow up your transaction with the store and we will do our best to fix your rewards.

With your cashback, I have added this transaction into your Cashrewards account as pending status and submitted an enquiry with New Balance.

Any transaction we query with our partnered stores can take from 30-90 days to resolve. The store needs to ensure the cooling off period has elapsed, that the item has not been returned, and that their analytics attribute the sale to Cashrewards. This time frame can vary significantly from store to store.

Kindly disregard the Estimated Approval time frame marked against your transaction as this does not apply when querying a transaction with a store.

Your understanding is greatly appreciated, please let me know if you have any further questions. Enjoy your week ahead.
