Any chance of highlighting why you chose this relatively expensive scooter instead of some of the more well known ones at the price range you bought it for and some of the negative points with regards to what you experienced of the scooter OP?
I choose this one because my friend had one, and I tried it. That's the reason. And I also compared this with other as you mentioned" more well known ones", sorry not a fan of them.
The price was ok 4 months ago for such a big toy.
The Xiaomi m365 would be a better purchase (around 450 during sale) unless removable battery is a requirement.
Not sure how easy it is to remove the battery from the 365 but it's a valid selling point, could double the range just by buying a second battery
Might be worth mentioning that the scooter is illegal to ride in public in Victoria.
To be legal in Victoria, an electric scooter must have an engine power <= 200 watts, and a top speed of <= 10 km/h on level ground.
No idea how that would actually be enforced, mind, but the fine is $826 if they do.
