    Not happy(( have 2 Amex djs platinum cards didn’t get offer spend $50k heaps of PayPal transactions on one card. Rang Amex customer support x3 keep getting promised I will get relevant offers! $250 annual fee sucks!

    had the offer last time on only primary, not supps
    today, shows up on all 3 supps, and automatically in my saved section on the primary (despite not having a clicked anything to save this offer on that card)

    Good deal, as its essentially 20% off some bills or gift cards

      Having same issue. I was receiving the confirmation email instantly on my first few purchases but most recent 2 didn't come through. It's been almost 24hrs.
      Did you eventually the confirmation email?

        I did not receive confirmation emails for maybe 80% of purchases but up to now have received all the credits including 50 for shop small and 10 for the spend $200 at Myer get $40 back. So do not worry.

    For all those where it says in the Details that it expires on the 28/11/2019, yet the offer itself expires on 31/12/2019 - I questioned them about this through a live chat and they replied with the following:

    I understand, there was technical error while rolling out this offer due to which it shoes 28/11 on the offer description. Rest assured, the actual offer expiration date is 31/12.

    I trolled through all the comments but couldn’t find an answer to my question, unless I have missed something - I got this last time (a few weeks ago ) and used it. Can I use it again? Or is it the same offer? It appears on my saved offers with the new date.

      Not sure, here is my experience so far. I used the old paypal offer a few weeks ago successfully (got email and credit in the account. When the new one appeared in my saved offers I chatted online with AMEX to see if i could use it, they said yes but I was not 100% confident in their reply. Anyway I did a paypal transaction for the new offer early December but have not yet got an email or credit, when I queried the AMEX chat they said to wait 90 days.

        Yep, likely have to wait 90 days, not the 5 as mentioned.
        Did a few purchases over a week ago and have not received it yet either.

    used this offer back in Nov, and then it showed up again.. used it but seems not eligible for the second use on the primary card
    no credit and amex help chat says its actually the same offer and I'd already used it and essentially 'too bad', even though the new offer had different t's and c's from the previous one

    what if you sent a family member or to yourself $200 via paypal family and friends? or if you have a business paypal account create and invoice yourself and pay by paypal? i guess paypal fees would make it not worth it? so might end up getting a wish card via the TGG portal and paying via paypal.

    Used it once in December, all good.
    Then offer disappeared from my Amex list of deals, and I forgot all about it, until I used it again on 3-Jan, and got email from Amex about "You’ve just used your PayPal Amex Offer"… so looks like still active? Confusing stuff..

      I used this offer 3 times, each time received the credit within 4 days. Go on online chat and ask them. I keep sc's of saved offers but have never had to use them.

      Same here each spend received email immediately also rebates came through pretty quick , good idea to follow up on chat
