Returning Product to Dyson within Money Back Guarantee

Hi all

Have anyone bought something direct from Dyson and return to them within the money back guarantee period? I am just wonder where do those return prodcuts ended up because they would have been used.

How easy is the return?

      Thanks for the info, but would like to know how easy when it actually experience of the return? for example, drop to Post office or have to wait for courier to pick up, how long did it takes to get the refund etc.

        If your claim is assessed as valid, Dyson will provide you with instructions on how to return your machine to Dyson’s Australian premises (address below). Dyson will cover the cost of the courier of the product within Australia.

    I had an issue with my absolute stick vac outside of warranty and they sent me the parts to fix it for free, thought that was pretty good.

    Dyson's customer care in my experience has been outstanding.
    It will be quite easy to return.
