  Yeah I didn't get a confirmation email so I contacted their live chat the following day. Operator said they could see it in the system, but couldn't resend the confirmation. Hoping it arrives soon or I'll have to contact again

        Hopefully they don't take too long to process. I'd hate for something to sell out, which puts the coupon code in jeopardy

So there is now no code or barcode for your prize (won yesterday) and you have to be connected to the internet/wifi in order to claim? I hate that. I don't have free data on my phone, and connecting to the shops wifi can be annoying.

  I ordered mine on Thursday the 5th and it arrived yesterday (I'm in VIC).
  
  I got an email on Monday the 9th to say it'd been shipped with an Aus Post tracking number, but tracking went straight from 'Information received by Australia Post' to 'Onboard for delivery today' (it didn't show as being processed through any mail centres so I wasn't sure when to expect it).
