    Generally your U.S.size is one size up from an Aussie/UK size.
    i.e.Aussie/UK 8 is a size 9 U.S.
    ….and the wider fitting is generally better for Aussie feet

      It can be unisex. The best way is to go to any sports shops and try a few shoes from new-balance brand. Until you find the right size then order it from online.

      I've worn NB pretty much solo as a brand since my feet really started to grow in HS. They're amazing in terms of the perfect width compared to other brands that make bigger shoes but for me personally were always just a bit too narrow while I was growing. Really comfortable and in general I'd say better quality than your equivalent Nike's.

    I returned my 247s because they were extremely narrow. Bought 2E width in same size as my 880s and I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. Holding them up sole to sole showed they were about 15mm narrower along the entire length.

    Return process was pretty easy though.

    The look of these doesn't quite grab me so I'm passing on them, but I used some NB Leadville trail runners for quite a while and thought they were great.

    I might keep an eye open for a good deal on them.
