I just started to use steam again to play tf2 but i have forgotten my password and i cant use the email address cause it was a 10 minute mail one.Is there a way to recover it?

No, you don't.
You don't even need to reinstall steam.
Have you tried emailing steam support? They're quite slow but they resolves most issues.
Also TF 2 is free to play now so if you don't care about the items (which are just for show), you could make a new account and start playing right away.
