    Hi Rep, we bought 2 tickets type D for Universal Japan but now realised we should have bought ticket A.
    Tickets D are more expensive than A, so can we use tickets D on ticket A's dates?

    Hi Rep, i bought tickets type C for Universal Japan but during the selection i chose 25th December as the date. I found out my mates are going on the 24th, will i be able to use it on the 24th? It has the same TYPE C on the calender but my date of entry starts on the 25/12/2019-24/06/2020. Thanks.

    Anybody else get the voucher, but it has someone else's name (and info) at the top?
    Is this normal?
    Also I selected a specific date, but the voucher just says expires march 31 2020…. what if the park is fully booked on the day I go? Is my ticket booked for the date I selected? Weird stuff this Klook…

    I want to ask, I purchase ticket for my family to Hong Kong Disney park but the name I entered is different (I entered their prefer name instead of ID name)? Also is the participation date matter as we might go on different date instead of 6 Jan (depends on the protect and weather)

    Managed to get 2 adult tickets at $11aud each to Universal Orlando. Great bargain they usually cost $128USD.
    I hope they are legit tickets

    Thanks OP. I just managed to buy my eurodisney ticket but not for 12…I was charged 29. Not sure that I did anything wrong, I used the promo code and it was accepted.
    My wife did the same thing and she, too, got charged 29aud.
    Dont get me wrong it's still a great saving on tickets we were going to buy anyway…but I fail to see what we did wrong. 1 day pass, 1 park, Euro Disney, January 2020.

    Hope people got tickets…it wasnt hard, just a pain to get more than one ticket(we wanted to ensure we both had the same type of tickets worth the same checkin/redemption process)

      I also bought eurodisney tickets and was charged $58. I'm guessing they set to the promo code to just deduct a set amount from the ticket price and didn't account for the fact that there are three different ticket prices depending on the time of year. Anyway I've sent them an email about it so we'll see what they say.

    I got 2 tickets for me and my partner for Disney in shanghai. Picked 29th Dec as the date and ended up paying $46.xx. Just wanna confirm this is the right price per each ticket instead of the $12 as advertised.

        i know the tickets on the weekend is more expensive as they were about 580 RMB when i checked yesterday night. i just wanted to know if there was a premium for tickets that are during peak periods i guess. if the tickets where $12 would have been great, however even at $46 i guess i've still made a saving.
