Canon RF 24-105 F4L IS USM Lens $1124.25 after $50 Shopback and $100 Canon Cashback.
This is a premium L series lens that is very versatile as it covers the most common focal range. I'd use it 80% of the time. If you can afford only one quality lens, this is it.
Canon RF 28-70mm F2L USM Lens (insufficient quantity to post) has the best price that I have seen, $3245.08 after $50 Shopback and $200 Canon cashback:

Apparently it is the world’s fastest 28-70mm zoom lens! https://www.dxomark.com/canon-rf-28-70mm-f2-0-l-usm-lens-rev…
You could argue that, with its f/2 aperture and premium optical design, this zoom lens performs more like four prime lenses with 28mm, 35mm, 50mm and (nearly) 85mm focal lengths.
Canon RF 50mm F1.2L USM Lens a well regarded prime lens, $2224.25 after $50 Shopback and $200 Canon cashback:

  • Haven't used the 28-70 f/2, but have both the 50 1.2 and 24-105, and they are both outstanding. The 50 in particular is sublime.
    And these are great prices!

  • If you get a good 24-105, it's as sharp as the 24-70 (not the one in this post, but the EF mount one), and you will fall in love with it.

    If you get a meh one, it's OK but not knock-you-over-great as L lenses go.

    I have had both good ones (both stolen; I used to travel a lot), and a meh one. Even the meh copy is still my standard walkaround lens despite my finding it softer than the other ones when zoomed in tightly. It's good enough that I've never wanted to be without it long enough to send it back for calibration, though. I just know what the lens CAN be, so it annoys me.

    Pros:
    * Great general purpose lens
    * Price of $1124 after rebates is INCREDIBLY good, especially given current exchange rates
    * The L glass to get if you don't have any yet

    Cons:
    * You CANNOT HIDE with this lens. As glass with this moderate zoom range goes, it screams "yeah, I've got good gear" moreso than most
    * You might get a substandard unit and wish you could experience the lens at its best
    * The zoom is looser than I'm used to on other lenses, and if I'm shooting at an angle, I have to be careful not to lose my framing
