Don’t bother messaging them either they won’t or can’t add things that’s not advertised/targeted to your account. Just wasted 30 minutes messaging about it.

Used to work many years ago, I just haven't been bothered to try recently.

Amex are trying to turn their cardholders into alcoholics.
If you're looking for good wine the Langton's offers aren't shitty. For example, it's usually easy to work out what the Langton's "confidential" wines are, which are discounted because of the mystery factor, then add the amex rebate onto that and usually there's good bargains there on mostly premium stuff.
I agree that most of the others recently are shitty.
