        Nope.
        Reached out to support and they asked me for a screenshot of the email.
        Sent it yesterday and they said they’d get back, but I doubt they will over a promo code.

            @Holysmoke: What I did in this case was, in the app, clicked on Account (the bottom right icon) > Help > Account and Payment Options > Payment > I have a different account or payments question.

            @Doowyah , they said that the promo code does work with my account, but may be a problem on my end. They told me to troubleshoot my phone and that I might need to to update it (my phone, not the app), which I found weird. I don't think I'll follow it up, though.
