If the items that are $10 or less arent just cheaper stuff like nail polish, or damaged stuff, then it should be a bargain, as most things like foundations and mascaras are over $10 anyway.

Nothing to get excited about as the brands listed are normally heavily discounted on-line and at many outlets anyway. It's a different story if you include: Elizabeth Arden, Shiseido SK-II, Estee Lauder or Lancome.
