Greetings everyone, this seems like an amazing price on this game from Microsoft, fairly sure it's the cheapest ever by quite a margin from what I can tell.

Price is available for the next 3 days, so get in quick if you want it. This game is available on Xbox Play Anywhere and can be used to play on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC.

The Gold Edition is also on sale at $22.48.

    Nice, good to see it's play anywhere. I've been playing RE4 recently (last time was about 10 years ago), how does this compare?

      They have absolutely nothing at all to do with each other, nothing. The franchise died after resident evil 4. This one is a zombie point and click game. 60% are cutscenes. Replayability value is zero, unless you're really crazed about the story to get all the ending cutscenes. Not at all challenging or that you're in a situation of dying, easily can finish it playing lazy, leisurely at under 8 hours.

      It’s great. The first person adds a lot to the atmosphere. Puzzles like the original and otherwise the same sort of concept.

        RE7 has no real puzzles. Unless you consider fetch quests as "puzzles". :)

      Looks 100x times better and is about 1000x more scary. And just like RE4, the first 1/3 of the game is the strongest.

      No. This is the Xbox One version of the game and it is not a "Play Anywhere" title.

      Also, if it was one, it'd never activate on Steam anyways.

      Well, you can't activate it on Steam, but you can still get it in your library and launch through there, right? Just add it as a Non Steam Game in the Steam application itself.

    Anyone who can actually play this game for more than a few minutes in VR is stuffed in the head. Easily the most scariest game/experience ive ever encountered!

      No,there are shitloads of people that can play it. You're just a (profanity) like me who get scared easily. Paid $20 for it to try it on the VR. Didn't know what to do in the house walk back and forth for 15 minutes until I started feeling sick and vomited 3 times. I gave up after that and haven't touch it since.

    For some reason on the website I can’t select install on my device, I click it but nothing is found ??!

    When I go to my devices I have my Xbox there but it doesn’t show up when I do above. Never had this issue before

    I really enjoyed this and I've finished it previously on a loaned copy but..it's going to be difficult to resist this at this price. I didn't think I would see it below $10 some time so I wonder it's a last attempt to get some more sales before it's added to Gamepass. 🤔

    Wonder if the cheap price means it will be added to Xbox Games Pass in the near future?
    Especially with RE3 remake coming out soon, it would make sense for Capcom to add this to games pass to stir up interest.

      It looks like this is a special on the Windows Microsoft Store, which just happens to also unlock the Xbox One version of the game via Play Anywhere. So you'll need to by it on the web site or in the Microsoft Store app on Windows 10 (and of course make sure you're on the same Microsoft account as your Xbox One!)
