    Southern China. Arrives in China late at night…so must stay overnight in China.

      Well I tried China Southern's website and can't get it to search for prices from Melb-NY. Can get Melb- Guangzhou and then Guangzhou to NY but that price way over the competitors. Searching for flight schedules just shows you Qantas, Virgin, AA etc which they codeshare on.

      Perhaps the Australian agents will know, http://www.cs-air.com.au/

    Let me know if they can honour the dates - the dates are generally for expression of your interest.. then will ask you contact them - and something expensive - I have not been able to get any of those advertised dates. So Once u get tht price, pls confirm - Hence Neg

      I am not a rep, just passing on the info to you, you have to decide and find out when you wish to travel by contacting them and also find the availability, by neg'ing this you have achieved nothing just discouraged people who might benefit… lol

    Looks like they codeshare with Qantas so from Perth it might be Qantas to Shanghai and then CEA to NYC. Not a bad deal.
