Going to Korea, Any Good Restaurant That I Need to Go?

Hi all,
Going to Korea for the first time in a week, and looking for a recommendation for good restaurants. Both I and my wife are fans of korean food, so we want to have the local experience, so any suggestion are appreciated.

We will be mostly in seoul(9 day) n busan(2 days).

In seoul, will be staying in gracery hotel, jung gu. Which i believe close to namdaemun market and about 10 min walking to myeongdong.

    If you like seafood go to Jagalchi market in Busan. You can choose whatever type of seafood you like, many of them still alive in tanks, and have it sent to the restaurant upstairs to prepare for only a small service charge. It is the freshest seafood you will likely ever eat, from alive to in your belly within 30 minutes.

      Well looking at some video.. they are actually eating live squid..not sure that is my thing

      Be careful the octopus tentacle sucked onto my tongue and it really hurt. But yes delicious

    There's a KBBQ place in Gangnam (exit 11 Gangnam Station metro Line 2) called 칼맞은 삼겹살. The cold noodles and pork belly are amazing.

    Famous tasty ginseng chicken place near one of the palaces called Tosokchon Samgyetang
    (5 Jahamun-ro 5-gil, Chebu-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea)

    One of the beat fried Chicken places called Andong Chicken (Also exit 11 from Gangnam station)

      Thanks.. i got tasokchon already in my list

      I checked andong chicken.. and it shows me braised chicken n not fried chicken.. is that right?
