  How bright do these smart light bulbs get? Looking for 90 or 100W equivalent to incadecent bulbs.

    I will tell you after receiving the globes. IMO 5.5 Watts output is very bright.

    The bubs are 5.5W = 25W(incandescent equivalent), or 250 Lumens. They are no way as bright as 100W incandescent globes, but they are as bright as normal GU10 downlight bulbs(especially in Cool White setting).

  Great price for the Philips GU10.

  If you don't want to wait or need more, I recently got a few of the Ikea Tradfri GU10 Kits (3 bulbs and a remote) to use with my hue system and works great. Pairs with hue bridge fine and shows up in the app like a normal hue light as they all use zigbee.

    I've tried IKEA bulbs in an existing Hue setup to save a few bucks.

    • Newer model bulbs will pair to Hue no problem. Older models e.g. Tradfri 1000lm require a Ikea hub to install the latest firmware to pair to Hue.
    • Dimming and ON/OFF transitions are not as smooth compared to Hue lights. The dimming transition from ~20% to 0% has a bit of flicker.
    • Bulbs won't show in Apple Homekit via Hue by default, but it is possible with some tinkering (homebridge-hue)
