      Tunein Radio has an alarm feature.
      Alarm Clock wise, I use Alarm Clock Plus.

      TuneIn radio is a great app for android. It's a online radio station app but it also includes a sleep timer and alarm (you can set it to play your favourite radio station as an alarm).
      Works great on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7. Free.

    Excuse my ignorance, but what is wrong with iPhone's default alarm? I've been using it for years now and never had any issues with it.

      have you ever woken up to the default alarm? yuck ;).

      i'd rather birds chirping, angels singing, with a gentle waves in the background. because this alarm allows you to pick your song, you could have accadacca on if you like :).

        I agree with you, but you don't have to listen to any of the default iPhone alarm tones. I always have one of the songs in my music library setup as my alarm tone and change it whenever i feel like it. Not saying everyone should do what i do, but was just wondering if there is anything special to this app that the original alarm does not do.

      nothing wrong. i use it everyday. good and reliable. even though i have other apps for that function installed on my iphone and SGS2, i still use the iphone's default alarm.

    Can u run this app in background like some of the other apps?because it is useless since it eats up the whole battery leaving it on.
