A better option might be the Stretch Slim Fit Shorts, they don't look as baggy. On sale for $19.90 (save $10).

Bought them on sale few weeks ago. They are ok but very short (above knee) and close fitting. If you put wallet and keys in your pockets it can get a bit uncomfortable.

Got a few pairs of these recently and I highly recommend. Slim fit but not restrictive, and sit just above the knee while standing.
