    Big tree in neighbours front yard that obstructs the north east corner of the roof and shades until at least 10am in the morning..

      It’s seems a little exxy for the output (4kw?) and my mind blurs between optimisers and micro inverters, but my Understanding is that shading can invoke a unionist approach with panels (one out, all out).
      I used solarquotes to provide 3quotes and I ended up running with one of them
      I would certainly encourage you to get some comparative quotes

  We used origin Energy for our 6Kw system installed in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne last February at a net (after rebate) of $4,100.
  Chose Origin because if there is a warranty issue, etc., I want to be sure the installer is still around to take care of things.
  Insofar as shading, based on generation so far this month our North facing panels full generation does not start until around 9:00am-10:00am in the morning, so shading should not be a major issue.

      22 x 275w CSUN Panels and 1 x 5kW Zever 1-Phase inverter
      System has online and WiFi monitoring
