  • I had to click through multiple pages to find the actual range, which is 30km, not 45. Description is misleading. You also don’t have the external battery listed on your site, so how much extra do you have to pay to get the advertised range?

    • Thankyou for your interest and really sorry about the confusion. Since all the external battery are sold out we temporarily took it down from our site. They will be back on stock in early 2020.

      • How much will they cost so I can make a valid comparison against another brand that has that much range out of the box?

        • The RRP is $300, however before they arrive we will be sending a pre-order massive 50% off exclusively offer to all customers who bought a Mearth XPRO.

  • Lol what. This is literally looks just like a rebranded Ninebot ES2. $648 is not even that great of a price for them.

    • Hi Mate, Thank you for your interest in Mearth. Indeed they are similar in some aspects, however the devil is in the details. Nowadays without seeing a logo, a $300 android phone can look 90% identical to a $1500 phone. They can all do calls, browsing, using same apps, taking photos, pretty much 80% of the things. But they are just different when you actually use them.

One of the most important thing is we are a local Australian Company, we service our customer in Australia, provide local warranty. If anything goes wrong(like any electronic devices may). We will service and repair it for you locally. and Free if covered by warranty! Also we have 30 days change of mind guarantee for T&Cs please check on our website.

The mearth XPro has a much larger QLED display that has more features builtin the interface.
      Other differences are:

      Motor:
**The magnetic steel we use inside the Mearth X PRO is 3030cm, while other brands use 25*30. The thicker Magnetic steel provides higher torque when climbing hills, our maximum motor efficiency reaches 89.6% while other brands are typically 78%.

      Load:
***The Mearth X PRO deck is better than the other brands; we added an extra 1mm to its deck. Our maximum load is 10kg more than the other brands, which is more stable, durable, and a longer lifespan.

      Suspension:
***The Mearth X Pro re-invested the rear suspension; it will not produce an annoying sound or a Zii sound like the other brands have after some time. It also provides a better cushion.

      • Uh, the phone comparison is a false equivalence.

Also there’s multiple reputable companies selling Segway Scooters and the like in Australia which are full serviceable and covered by the Consumer Law so I’m not sure how that point is really relevant.

        Good luck I guess!

  • Sounds like mirth which means to laugh in amusement (at your product). Not the best of brand names in my opinion.

    • Mearth = Mobility+Earth. We want to help people to increase their mobility while reducing carbon footprints for our Earth.
In this case I would consider 'Mirth' a happy and joyful moment while our customer riding our scooters!

  • What is Mearth? Look like Segway copycat.

  • The xiaomi m365 pro looks better and cheaper

    • Thank you for the feedback mate, feel free to have a look at the actual product in our office in Alexandria and do a test ride, it is gonna be fun. I am sure you will like it.
I took apart of many M365 before. As an engineer, from my perspective the Mearth Xpro is a much more elegant industrial design.

  • I purchased one of their original Mearth Pro scooters and had one of the most appauling support experiences ever. Like another Google Review says (links below), avoid like the plague. They are liars and provide rubbish products. You're better off going to JB and picking up a genuine M365/Ninebot product with support from a respectable company who will support you if you have any issues.

From a previous thread here, I had commented here:

Multiple 1 star Google reviews with multiple stores on google maps. They appear to have changed their maps title and location for their sale so people looking for reviews wont see the neg ones:

Original location on Google Maps and Sale location on Google Maps

Beware guys, their product quality is super poor, once you purchase you will have no support for your product…they're just looking to make a quick $$

  • Maaaaaate! What's the wattage?

    • G'day mate, the nominal wattage is 300W and the peak/Instantaneous wattage is 800W(come in handy when climbing hill where you need the burst)
