Having purchased a Koala mattress recently I have no idea why these are so highly rated.
The experience of purchasing the mattress was good, super fast shipping especially to a remote area, instructions are good.
But the mattress is no good at all. The foam does not support the back and after only a few months usage, it is sagging and creating an indent of where we sleep. Back pains each morning, I have resorted to sleeping in our spare bedroom with a cheapo spring mattress.

Not sure about koala but Eva mattress is one of the worse mattress I ever sleep in it's hard as a rock, Ergoflex in other hand it's nice for me, will return Eva and buy another Ergoflex tommorow.

Has anyone purchased the koala sofa bed? Can’t seem to find any feedback on it.
Bought one from the sale. Tracking is off. They offer 4 hours but I don’t think they know what time is. If you’re going to be confident about 4 hours please stick to it. Customer service is non existent as well. I don’t know why they are so highly rated.
