Edit: back up now, must be too much traffic.

Doesn't seem to actually be half price, you get a reciprocating saw over the 3 piece set which is $930 (before the 2 bonus batteries)

  • Yeah true, someone sent me that from the store.

    Mmm, mods please delete.

  • That not half price…
Normal price with a few bonus batteries.

But in saying that its a decent value for money kit as is. I actually bought that kit a few yrs ago for $999 so the batteries are a sweetner if those are the tools you need and require batteries

Just bear in mind that Milwaukee, AEG, and Ryobi are all the same company. So in terms of value for money you may as well just pay less and get Ryobi.

      • Probably depends on the persons use case. Ryobi is not much good for professional use, great for odd jobs…

        • It's the same Chinese factory that makes them both. For professional use I'd be more inclined toward Makita, and you can get some pretty good deals on that (even more deals again if you are headed through the US and can stop in at a Home Depot or similar).

(I also love how people downvote factually correct statements just because they don't like facts).
