There's a few at Amazon AU, look for the 'limited time deal' red tag. I'm not sure if they are a good price or not however.
I held out all day looking for a sale and found nothing in Australia.
Just ordered some cheap Birks from this UK site - $15 delivery. Returns might sting if they are the wrong size though.
