Picking between Dell UltraSharp Monitors

Just reserved two monitors (as new) from Dell Outlet as soon as they opened for Boxing Day!

Dell UltraSharp 24" 1080p IPS Monitor - U2419HC ($129, thought it was a price error! corrected to $249 in the invoice, knew it was too good to be true)
Dell UltraSharp 27" 1440p IPS Monitor - U2719D ($339, all time low?)

I have a GTX 970, which I know is only good for 1080p gaming, but 1440p for general computer use/futureproofing is tempting, given I already have a Dell 22" 1080p TN monitor - E2214H.

EDIT
After sending me an invoice of $399 for the U2719D and insisting this was the price, they finally changed it but said it was actually refurbished.
Update - The manager called and offered the refurbished unit for $309. Worth it?

      Price error unfortunately… still not updated on the website, along with a C8618QT for $319 (lol)

          No. I edited my original post - figured I'd go for the 27" but given the runaround on that too as you can see…

    get both, run 2 monitors, I run 3 & I could never go back to 2 or 1

    get 1 x 27" & 2 x 24"
