      Thanks!

  • Anyone know when the shopback 10% offer ends?

Not sure exactly but previous upsized cashback offers seem to expire by the next morning.

Negging the deal as the discount CANNOT be applied to any sale or promotional items. Meaning that it is NOT 12% on all orders (not a site-wide deal). As for the full price items, IHerb has been pretty expensive for the past couple of years especially after they started collecting the GST.

    • I’m curious if you spend the required minimum anount, but one of those items is a sale item, would that forfeit the 12% cashback as it would make the total eligible spend less than the required amount?
Or put another way, do sale items add to the total spend of $86us, but then you only get 12% back on the full priced items or will that void the cashback?
I know what i mean to say 🤔

      • I meant $60us spend 👍

        • For the items I have put in the cart "This promo code cannot be stacked with discounts already applied".
I reckon it will only be applied to the full priced items and you can check if the total can be topped up with discounted stuff.
Also, please note that the cashback is 10% and the discount is 12%.

  • What's with the min spend? Not sold.

  • Does anyone else notice that prices of items change when on the Shopback iHerb before your eyes when you start adding and removing items from your cart trying to make the minimum order total? And rewards points and other things aren’t there and totals etc. get adjusted (always to your detriment) as you’re shopping?!
It happens to me everytime and I wouldn’t bother with iHerb at all however it’s the only place I can get the sunscreen I want through unfortunately.

    • I'm not saying this is your problem in this case but in the past I had similar issues seeing items for a dollar and then checking out and realising it's 3 since I was originally in the US site and then got pushed to AU site with AUD prices for the checkout.

      • I understand the us to au conversion changes the price, but I’m talking about the final total being several dollars more than the original total, when I add and subtract things and adjust my order. And it’s not the tax either or any other add on..
Just the prices change subtly in real time while you’re on there according to your order total, when on the Shopback app. I have my suspicions as to why..
        Cheers
