On Prime and Stan. Yeah I know it's not the same as owning it… but most of us have at least one of these and at least they stream in HD and you don't have to get up to change the disk.
They might even be better quality streamed vs DVD
Stream is definitely better quality than DVD.

DVD isn’t that bad and I don’t think the office is available on Bluray.
DVD is pretty atrocious these days. 720x576 max resolution.
Er, yes it is. Just not the whole thing. Only seasons 5-8 are on bluy-ray.
Notable for being literally the only thing Steve Carrell has been funny in.
Bit of a wasted talent there, he plays creepers so much better.
