Red Plus plans
Your Max Speed means the maximum speed the Vodafone network can deliver to your handset at the time and place you are using data. Red Plus Month to Month Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data while roaming and additional standard international calls. Minimum monthly spend is $35, $40, $50, $60 and $80 respectively plus handset costs. Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Red Plus Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. All data for use within Vodafone network coverage areas. Plus Plans include a “Your Max Speed” data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first; thereafter, data is available at speeds of up to 1.5mbps until your next billing month. To find out what 1.5Mbps means for you, go to vodafone.com.au/speedguide. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage and if you are roaming. Fair Use Policy applies.

What the… this is a terrible deal

Looking for a S10 cheapest plan option

    Samsung Galaxy S10 4G 128GB

    $112.41/month over 12 months. Min. cost $1,349

Cheapest plan $50 Red Plus Plan

    TOTAL: $162.41/month

You can buy Samsung S10 FROM Samsung AU for $1,099 (Single Sim)

Wait for at least a decent deal…

  • T&Cs say it includes the S10e, but then it's not available to actually purchase.

Note 10+ is probably the best of the bunch, comes to $2,215 over 24 months on the 60gb plan. Factor in $1,060 for the phone (current mobileciti ebay deal is $1,061) and $60 for Prime for a year and the remainder is $45.63 a month for the 60gb plan for 24 months.

That said, the JB Hifi deal is probably better for most (unless you really don't want to pay anything upfront). Phone is $899 on the $65 plan, subtract the cost of Prime and it leaves you about $40 a month in year two to sign up whatever plan you want.

This by itself is not a deal. It would only be a deal if this perk stacks ontop a good vodaphone deal that OP never mentioned

    Life pro tip:

It's not free. It's built into the price.

  • Haven’t seen any good deals from vodafail for while. Even hel$tra/jbhifi have been doing better deals.

  • Not worth it, being on Vodafone network is torturing. One example would be, if you send SMS to a Vodafone number, the text will arrived hours or days later, network coverage is bloody awful down the coast.

Where as i could say exact same thing for Telstra (in my location)
For some Voda is actually the best option
