Hey guys,

I’m Judy from iMobie, the vendor dedicated to developing iOS and Android software.

Since we’ve received so many feedbacks from the customer of our desktop application AnyTrans, in 2019, our dev. team developed our first mobile app, named AnyTrans: Send Files Anywhere.

In order to make us better, we hope to get more feedbacks from you. And any questions or feedback about this app is greatly appreciated. Here I would like to introduce some highlight features of this app:

    Just downloaded and tried with my Android and my partners iPhone. Seems to work well so far. However one gripe my partner has is that when the photos are sent to her camera roll they appear at the top of the camera roll as if they have just been taken. Is there anyway to use the original meta data date so that they can appear in the correct position in the camera roll?

        Hey thirdeyechai,

        Just got the detailed reply from our dev. team.

        Indeed, AnyTrans app keeps the original meta data date(see the photo detailed info), but it appeared with the updated time, which is the same as Apple. And you can find the transferred photos immediately if you have lots of photos in your cameral roll, which may save time for our users. Anyway, your feedbacks has been recorded in our database, and we'll consider it in our further updates. Thanks for your understanding, and hope you have a great day!

    edit: is there a way to delete the duplicates on the iphone?
    does this lower the quality or the files being transferred?

      2. For the quality, AnyTrans app will keep the original quality, and will not change or lower the files while transferring.
