sounds pretty standard too me. I pay $9 for lunch special at my Thai restaurant. Only bonus with this is your getting a glass of wine.

Yeah for my $9 lunch special they do give you excellent service though. Unlimited rice, a can of softdrink or bottle of water and at the end they bring you a cut up orange and chocolate.
