  How's the lifetime warranty work? If the tool snaps we exchange entire set? What if we're missing a bit?

    Generally, my understanding is that it is while the product is currently being distributed in the country of purchase. They will exchange the defective part only.

    Belkin had a little trouble with their lifetime warranty recently.

    Supercheap guy told me there is always a bit of a sh1t fight..ie "Did you use a rattle gun/ extension bar etc etc". If you say the right things, the part gets replaced.

  Is the black colour just paint? Was there anything wrong with regular metal color that doesn't get scratched? It also looks like most of the sockets are extra-long, so not useful to work in tight spaces (e.g. inside engines)

    They’re chrome plated, just look very dark colour so I’d imagine they would last just as long as regular chrome.

  I've had this exact kit for 8 years now. I use it all the time. The sockets are good quality. Only issue i've had is the larger ratchet is sticking on one direction. This only occurred after i abused it with a extension pole trying to get a wheel nut off. Well worth the money in my opinion.

      If I still had the receipt yes. Only USA can u get replacement no questions asked. Not in Oz. Need proof of purchase.
