      That was the price online. Not sure about in store but didn't notice any clearance tags around when I went earlier.

    Movie theater popcorn is much, much worse.

    In fact, it is so bad it would make up each of the top 9 spots in the category of the 10 worst popcorns.

      I feel this is very dependent on the cinema.
      Mostly I've had bad movie theatre popcorn but I have to admit, there's been a few times (not Event or Hoyts) it's actually been nice.

          Secondly, how is getting an alright batch of popcorn in mostly bad batches thinking everything is nice?

          It's like Maccas fries. Just because I've had good ones from them before, doesn't mean I like them because they're mostly terrible.
