About to Pull The Trigger on a $799 LG GB-455UPLE (Fridge). Is It The Best Value on The Market Right Now?

Hey everyone,

I know this fridge was at $747 a couple of weeks ago https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/509973
Unfortunately I missed that deal.
As of today it seems like the best price on the market is $794 https://www.harveynorman.com.au/lg-454l-bottom-mount-fridge-…

I checked all major retailers I couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else
Actually it's sold at a higher price at The good guys and even Appliance Online.

I also wanted to check with the community if this fridge is the best bang for your buck you can get right now? (Not considering cheap brands like ChiQ.)

Can anyone suggest a better offer on a similarly specced & priced (max $800)from these brands: Westinhouse, kelvinator, F&F. Samsung, LG, Hisense - 400+ litter

If no one is able to show me a better fridge I will buy the LG one tonight.

      No I can't.
      In terms of size that would be something similar to this LG.
      Here's the dimensions of the spot the fridge will go in
      W: 82cm
      H: 178cm
      D: 75cm

      Though I reckon the Hisense is a hell of a deal for a side by side fridge!

    There's a $20 cheaper and similarly specced (similar total capacity, bigger fridge, smaller freezer) HiSense from TGG:

    Also it's 4.5 star Energy Efficiency Rated, vs the 3.5 star of the LG.

    And has door touch controls which the LG doesn't.

    And 3 year warranty for the HiSense vs 2 years for the LG.

        This Kelvinator is bigger, and fits in your spot.

        My advice would be to just check out the build quality and the plastics. They can be a strong deciding factor
