I would like some assistance from the forum regarding retention of my mobile number. I joined catch connect last year because of their $15 90 day 54gb sim deals. After expiry, the said that I was no longer able to port my number onto the next catch sim,similar to the above. Any ideas please.
You can't port to same network, just have to recharge
