They should scrap the gravy and give you more chips. It's too gross and can never finish it especially with a small chips

Are you able to request no gravy? Honestly, the mash is more palatable by itself, hard as that is to believe.

I think it is a combination of Coke pushing it and so Red Rooster could claim a lower Kj for the meal.

I don't get red rooster very often but when I do, I like dipping the whole sub into the mash and gravy and biting into it like I'm an animal.

They only carry a single drink variety in the 250mL bottles. You can upgrade to any flavour can for an extra $1
For some reasons the few Red Roosters I’ve been to only ever give you gravy instead of smash n gravy for these $5 deals.
‘We don’t have small smash n gravy’ is the response when enquired.

Most of red rooster tastes like microwave heated food. That's why they operate behind a brick wall to hide all the microwaves.
Never had issues with my local Red Rooster.
Had this for lunch today. Overall good value for $5, I quite enjoyed the meal (maybe not so much on the mash & gravy). $0.50 extra if opting for crispy chicken instead of roast chicken, was pretty filling for me (admittedly I also bought a $2 medium onion rings from HJ). Chips beat KFC and Macca's anyday.
I'd go for the rippa roll vs mini sub if I had the choice though.
Is the cripsy chicken option the same chicken in the rippa roll?
