yeah, it was fine, what's wrong with buying from Scoopon? I just don't see how this is a bargain when there are cheaper and bigger around.

i bought a deal from that scoopon that was for that site Fabness… let me tell you what a pathetic service Fabness provides…first of all, my voucher code for the site was dodgy and due to my ongoing ISP issues i cud not test or use that code immediately after its purchase … after my ISP got fixed it was near the expiry date of the voucher … I rushed to redeem the $60 for that metre canvas from Fabness, i paid to scoopon, and managed to upload my picture for the site then went to order and the voucher worked note that at this stage i was testing AFTER the xpiry date, so I quickly went back and tried to fix the picture and then finalize my picture but then the voucher stopped working! So i contacted Fabness but their service is sooo slow that after 3 days they responded saying they cant help me out that the voucher codes are specific to scoopon and they can make a new one and I replied saying wait a minute, your voucher worked after the expiry cant u give me 24 hr extension and for all i know it was a dodgy code, still waiting …
i had a similar issue too, but have had nothing but great service from fabness.
yes it took a few days for them to get back to me via email (similar timeframe 3 days), but they were able to fix the issue up with them reactivating the original code provided to me and i was able to order a print from them late last week.
ok here is an update, Fabness, after justifying to them how I was at an disadvantage, have agreed to extend my voucher! Now I am really keen to see their quality! this experience shows that Fabness has customer service and that they are willing to listen…
We have done 3 different deals with minibox and their customer service is excellent. You are able to call them to speak to someone and they are awesome to work with.
I can't speak comment on fabness as we have never dealt with them - but minibox is great quality and excellent service.
50cm x 75cm is not huge at all.
