I just spent way too much money on wiper blades, and far too long trying to install them. Easier after the first one. During the purchase they said I could join the Autobarn Autoclub to save 20% off my next purchase. Pity I didn't know about it before my purchase. It took about 24 hours for the 20% email to come through.

Email says:

  Just tried to use a voucher, and it didn't work. Said something like non qualifying transaction. It was only for standard stuff, and car polish - none of it was on special. I just said you can keep your products, and walked out.

    They have franchise and company owned ones, probably was a franchised store.

  This is a useless 20%. Store manager said this can't be used when there is a catalog promo going on(they have catalog all the time). None of my items were discounted in the catalog, they were full priced store items. Manager scanned this and said voucher doesn't work, which seemed BS to me. He just wasn't interested in scanning this properly and didn't want to give out the discount. Not shopping here anymore.

  Cheers just worked for me getting a new car battery.
  At first the cashier scanned the barcode and said no.
  Then the manager came over and looked at the email, checked his computer, and put the discount through manually.

  Thanks, just used this on a new bike rack.
  It was full price, but when operator scanned the barcode he said it didn't work, but he just manually applied the discount anyway.
