Be aware tcl don't respond to warranty emails or phone calls, from my experience.
I had quite the oposite experience when getting my tcl phone serviced.
So what did you end up doing about the issue?
Vendor and tcl won't respond so my only option now is legal precedings, really painful.

I picked up one of these up at the video pro eBay store for $1,071
100% agree with @gusper. I have had warranty issues and both the vendor and TCL not responding. Only actin left is to take them to court. 3 year warranty not worth the paper it is written on.
Painful. Avoid TCL like the coronavirus.

Did anyone buy one of this from TGG ebay?
On ebay it states P8MR and P8M in the title but says P8M in the specs. Therefore I cannot confirm if they are selling the P8MR model.
