Fitness Tracker under $100

Hi,

I sadly lost my Fitbit versa today.

I've only been using Fitbit for ages and to be honest Fitbit hr 2 (not hr 3) was my favourite.

This is all I want:

  • capture steps,heart rate, etc.
  • when I press one button, it triggers in activity mode and captures metrics until I turn it off.
  • is nice to have 1-2 minutes meditation but not deal breaker.
  • need to look decent as a watch.

Any recommendations?

How long did you have Fitbit? Do you want to stay there and keep your data set going?

Charge 3 might be your simplest bet

    • Thanks. Happy to switch over.

Yeah I saw that. I've used Charge 3 and personally not a big fan.

I bought Mi Band just now as it was cheap.

Would love to know any other suggestions that fit criteria

      • Ahhh ok. My friend recently bought the Charge 3 and quite liked it, but if you already know you don’t then that’s a start.

I’ve only used Garmin devices myself, currently the Vivosmart 3 which is $249 at the moment, so I have no idea how other devices perform.

I lost my Fitbit One many years ago. Being brand new to the ecosystem back then and not knowing how these things worked I decided to email Fitbit to see if it had pinged their servers or something and if they could tell me where it was or where it de-tethered. They couldn't find it (duh) but their awesome customer service team decided to send me a brand new replacement device instead!

Five years and ten Fitbit upgrades and/or replacements later I'm still using their hardware/platform daily. Guess sending out one free replacement has paid dividends?

    • Wow. I am surprised. I might try this now as well. Lets see what happens. Its a long shot though. I doubt they will send replacement one. It was their expensive model Versa lite.

I bought Mi Band just now as it was cheap. (posted 13 hours 39 min ago).

Why bother even posting a question if you hadn't been going to wait for replies?

    • It might seem like that but I am actually, Mi Band is $31 backup for situation like this. It doesn't full fill the criteria. So, still looking for another one.
      Do you have any recommendation?
