    Just ordered some UB19 @ $127 (30% off code). Assume cannot stack the 15% through Shopback.
    Should be ok for sizing, if not free returns apparently.

      They are great with returns. I made an order and stuffed up the sizing and it was simple to return and get a refund.

        That's good to know, ordered an 8.5. I had a pair of orig ultraboost in size 9 and the toe box always felt loose and sloppy.
        I'm a 9 in Nike Pegasus so these should be ok fingers crossed. Can always wear thinner/thicker socks

    For example, this one was $50 in DFO last year, now it shows $126 on the website. After 30% discount and 15% cashback should be $75, still more expensive.

    errrgh, I forgot the EXACT steps I did to score a free shipping on the 70 dollars shoe I bought. But I remember adding a second item (forgot which screen), then it showed free shipping, then I removed it but the free shipping stayed. I can send screenshot of my order if theres doubters.

      So I spoke with the Customer Service and was told that they are experiencing issues with their 3PL partner and are unable to dispatch any orders at present. I was unable to obtain any ETA. I was offered 10% refund of the order once it gets dispatched. If they use Toll then to my knowledge, Toll is under cyber attack and they are holding up all online fulfilment worldwide.

      Still waiting on my order from last sunday but received email saying delayed. Last order from them arrived within 2-3 days. So hopefully they will sort issue soon.

    Contacted support and they basically said bad luck, the delivery delay was since the 22nd of January or whatever.

    I have had chat with customer service and this is the result:

    I managed to find your order xxxxx and we apologize for the delay. It was affected by the ransomware attack on our 3rd party warehouse, Toll group, and we had issues with our logistics and IT issues in our warehouse. Rest assured our partners are doing their best to resolve this issue so we could ship out orders as soon as possible. Our warehouse are manually picking orders to ship out, as for the moment.

    I'll be completely honest that at this stage we could no longer amend or cancel the order.

    So I asked the 10% refund of the order once it gets dispatched :)

    she said: i could as well honor a 10% good will refund on your order total as well to compensate this once the order has sipped out

    once this order ships out and you have received an email confirmation, you may call or chat with us again and provide them this case number xxxx so they could honor the 10% good will refund on your order total

        Had a startrack delivery at 7am this morning, but the driver literally waits 10 or so seconds and leaves. So as I open the door I see the van leaving.
        Left no note.
        Have no email notifications.
        Tracking number is still not active.
        So waited almost 2 weeks to post and now they cant even deliver it properly…
        21st century problems..

            @sushimaster: So I tried to contact addidas support, their contact email from doesn't work lol so I downloaded addidas app and opened live chat and informed them of my situation and I was told my parcel was at my local post office..

            I think the email / tracking numbers is going haywire on the back end because they are temporarily using another 3PL.

            Explains why my code was incorrect and why some people aren't getting emails at all..

            For those still waiting and don't have an active tracking I'd suggest contacting support and have them check to ensure you have the correct tracking numbers.

            Thank God the shoes fit after all that :D

              @Bohlen: Same with my case actually. The online support just never worked out so I had to download that trashie app. I think they posted with Aus post

    I didn't get any email from adidas but today i have check online and their app.
    In App they said my status is delivered but i didn't receive anything yet.

    In website it mentioned shipped on 14 Feb, and the tracking number won't work!

    Such a bad experience with adidas. I wish there was any organization that could complain from adidas to them and they fine adidas and make sure they don't treat their customers in this way anymore. :(
