  • price in title - or very least in post
    edit: thanks

These are not bad about 5 years ago, or if you have a small need for shaving, but with new 4 blade razors you can have a much better shave! Just my opinion :)

  • +3

I saw the words "8 blades" on the thumbnail and thought, geeze how many more blades does a razor need.

  • +2

Yeah, 3 blades is rubbish, needs at least 8 blades for maximum shave.

    • +1

It all depends where you're shaving.

    • Lets get really irrational and have π² blades…

      • imagine the razor burns you get if done wrongly.. *shudder*

    • +1

I prefer the Gillette 3000 as seen on the late show:

      • beat me to it.

  • +2

This is not much of a deal, my local Foodworks has the 8 blades for $17.99 everyday price for both of the blade types.

  • i find mach3's rinse the hair out of blades much easier than the 4 bladed systems.
but i still have like 16 blades from when the quadro's had the discount + $5 off

    • Awesome that Quattro deal is back on, Shick blades last longer and the Quattro is a very nice blade for a close shave.

      • +1

the quattro deal never sold out. :p

        • The superseded Mach 3 is better than Quattro.

  • +1

This is not a great deal. I bought 8 Cartridges for 15 (with shipping) from ebay. The razor costs nothing.

    • There are a lot of fake razors on ebay, so, would be a risky purchase.

  • Sorry, but the throw away 3 blade schick flexible razors are much better. They last ages, give a close shave, they're comfortable and also cheap. I'll never buy a Metal handled razor with replaceable cartridges that goes out of date after 6 months anyway again.

    • How does a razor go out of date?

      • +1

        it's like milk.

  • +2

Doesn't matter how cheap these razor get it never can be a bargain to me, since the refill cost arms n legs

  • People should man up and buy a doubled edged razor

Its more time consuming but it's a smoother shave, better for the environment, cheaper and you feel like a boss using it. Also chicks dig it.

  • +1

It's cheaper to get Schick Quattro from Harvey Norman Big Buys and much better blades too

  • I love my Mach 3 over all other razors having more or less blades. EBay was cheap, but few reviews of the buyers said, they look duplicate, so I took 4 blades mach3 turbo from shaver shop for 14 dollars ( mach 3 baldes were 12).
