Geez thats expensive. Double black never costs more than $80 a litre when i get it. $60 when duty free

I agree. Too expensive. Not a bargain.

where have you seen it cheaper?

    • I'm pretty sure our price for Johnnie Walker Blue Label is the cheapest in melb atm.
Where have u seen it cheaper? - mabye we can beat it.

If you're saying you can sell it at an even cheaper price, why don't you then :)

        • Competition.

I don't think this deal deserves a neg. On what basis are you negging? If you think the product can be bought at a cheaper price please provide a link.

See these two past deals on Ozbargain:

The first got 38 positive votes and no negs for the same product from Dans for 90c more.
    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/35992

The second deal was an awesome price $190 for 1 litre of blue label. That deal works out to be about 10% cheaper.

I think the price they are offering blue label is about as cheap as you can get, but if they can match the second deal listed above then this would be an awesome deal.

    this is a good deal.
to all you guys comparing this to overseas or duty free… honestly, get a brain.
you must be 16 not to realise it's a stupid comparison.
    get to bed already.

  • I think I've seen Blue Label at Costco selling for under $200? Can anyone confirm this?

    • can confirm they (costco) sell blue label for under $200 but it varies from around $175 - $185 depending on the day. would rather save the drive and buy from this place to be honest.

  • bought double black 1 lt at sq in flight duty free for sgd$45 - 5 months ago. but this price is not duty fee, so make sense if more expensive

  • +1

Your telling me the 3 times i've gone through Duty Free in the last 3 months and NOT bought the Double Black for $40-$60…I could've got 2 bottles each time and made a $150 profit on every bottle…

    Slaps forehead repeatedly

  • I love my scotch, and I like JW Blue just fine, but I don't think it's worth even the $164 price tag. Would much rather the Chivas Regal Royal Salute for almost the same price.

Still, different strokes for different folks!

  • Why are people drinking this expensive swill???

    Not very cost effective.
