      Depending on your nutrient goals, they're actually not the worst after-gym insulin spike to hit.
      Far from ideal, but high cocoa solids, and nut protein…..

    These are the best. In NZ they now have a peanut slab block of chocolate, but only the milk chocolate variant: I'm really hoping they'll get the dark chocolate one at some stage - and of course then sell it here in Australia.

    I find wittikars chocolate on its own ghastly, but when combined with nuts (lots of nuts) it's quite palatable.
