    So two orders from two different restaurants both came up as cancelled today, but then received two $5 AutoMated Voucher Emails after. Unsure if the cancellations are related to the code, surely the restaurant selected doesn't cop the hit for the code so it wouldn't matter to them?

    I think it's unfortunate it has got to the point where they're cancelling orders.

    It's not rocket science to prevent people from using the code for less than $30 (if that is what they want to implement - I have no idea).

    Cancelling orders is poor customer service in my view.

    Worked ordered. So many bad reviews for menulog, food never arrives. I always use ubereats no issues.
    Lets see how they go.
    So far been 20mins showing.

    Yep they just cancelled my order (<$10). Does not compute. Cancelling orders like this just turns customers off… and makes them want to never use MenuLog again…

    Both mine and partner got cancelled after the restaurant accepted it.

    Wasted time in going all the way to restaurant and then received cancellation email. Very poor customer service!

    Worked for me at 11pm last night on a pick up order of $12. Ended up paying $5. I used one voucher and my friend used another voucher in another account. Thanks op. Long live. Celebrated V-Day with just $10.
