    Doordash are a nightmare and their whole operation is a mess, but some of their promos are good. Too bad Oporto doesn't deliver to me.

    Placed order successfully, but for some reason no driver was going to the store to pick it up. Got assigned 3 different drivers and waited over an hour to no result. Eventually cancelled the order as my lunch break had passed but they did not refund me…

    Terrible app/process, there's a reason most of us only ever open the app when a deal like this comes around.

  • I ordered around midday, food arrived a bit over an hour later and was mostly cold, which is a bit of a shame. Can't argue with the price though.

  • $40 originally? I've only had opportos twice so I'm not the best judge, but each time I've had it, their food has been terrible.

    Couldn't imagine paying $40 for their food.

    • I just received my order and not sure if it was a mistake but I got double everything (4 burgers, 4 drinks etc.) for $20 which is a steal

      • The only opportos near myself shut down within a year of being there, otherwise I would have tried them again for $20.

        There's something wrong with the way the items are listed/orders go through to the restaurants. Nearly always had something missing, or received totally incorrect item. Their support are useless and don't have a clue what's going on/can't understand English. There's still a restaurant on there for MONTHS with a $2 large pizza hahaha. I ordered it a lot, but sick of it now. Every time the driver got held up at the store and asked for more money. Doordash paid the extra of course, but they don't seem to have a clue whats going on..

    Called customer service and they seemed uninterested. Advised them it was on their homepage and emails were sent and they should probably look into it..

  • I wasn't able to complete the order on my iPad via Safari. Eventually I had to jump on my computer to be able to finally place the order.

  • Just call customer service and they will tell you to order and they will manually refund $20 on the "meal for 2 = $40" - then they will send an email confirming the refund to your email account. Refund will be received to the card in 5-7 days.
