According to ITAD this is the all time lowest price for this game.
Looks pretty fun and entertaining.

    I could understand this being a deal if it was a free game (as have been posted), or even if it was 90% off.
    But steam regularly has games with a 70% sale. Can we now post whenever one of the 30,000+ steam games go on sale?

      This is the cheapest it has been so yes it is a deal.
      By your definition nothing is a deal because there are always sales so why should anything be posted.
      Be less destructive and more constructive.
      If you don't like gaming deals adjust your settings.
