I just fitted some Falken ZE914s to my better half's car in that size after seeing some good reviews of them. Falken are presently doing 4 for the price of 3, so paid $560 for a set of four including a wheel alignment.
Speed rating H (210kph) would be more than adequate
What does the tyre placard say to use? 91 H, Y or W?

For heavens sake, it's a requirement that the tyres fitted to the car match the manufactures specification/government legislation.
Since the speed limit is not over 110km/h, why doesn't OP just fit L or N rated tyres? It isn't a "Ferrari".
In SA;
The speed rating of the tyres fitted to a passenger vehicle must be at least 180 km/h ('S') when the tyre placard requires a higher speed rating than 'S', for all other vehicles a speed rating of at least 120 km/h applies ('L').
So, If OP's tyre placard says S or higher, they could use anything down to an S, which includes S, T, U, H, V, W and Y. If the tyre placard says anything less than S, (L, M, N, P, Q or R) they can use down to L.

I have the same car the stock wheels on the BL Neo were 15" steelies and my car is placarded at R15 91V
I upgraded mine to 16" factory alloys and the current tyres are R38 Toyo Nanoenergy 205/60 R16 92V

apparently the V means 240km/h so staying under that hasn't been a problem for me lol
It depends on your location… my mom has the 2015 with same tyre requirement afaik. Put Bridgestones (probably ecopia) for $405 for four fitted at Bridgestone tyres in Gold Coast QLD.
Thanks guys. Costco is offering 4 ecopia ep300 for aud 400 includes free rotation for life of tyres and free puncture relair. They dont have wheel alignment though… Do bridgestone have wheel alignment ? Or any other long life services if set of 4 is bought.. thanks
Free puncture repair is worthwhile last time i got a puncture it was $45 to fix it
