Kogan Sous Vide Precision Cooker $59.99 + Delivery ($0 with Kogan First) @ Kogan

Not sure if any good, but seems cheapest I can find.
Free deliver with trial or subscription to Kogan first, I tried to pay for one with another account but they charged delivery because I've already used the trial before…

Just in time for Valentine's Day…

  • Nice post, have been waiting for an Anova bargain.

Anyone have any experience with this one?

    • Nope, love my Anova though

    • You're lucky you can still use it.

Mine's got the temperature sensor error. It started having intermittent problems just after the initial 1 year warranty expired. When it decided to just keep heating and boiled a nice piece cheek to shore leather, I gave up. Then I found they'd extended the warranty to 2 years - just after the 2 years expired for me.

Very unhappy with Anova. It was obviously a faulty product and should have been recalled. It should certainly be replaced.

It's sort of put me off sous vide to be honest. The whole ethos is set and forget, but if you can't trust it to keep working, it's no good.

  • FYI you get an extra 10% off when you add to cart.

  • I don't think this has wifi or Bluetooth like the anova

    • Just wondering would you be able to turn it off and on with a smart plug as opposed to having it built in? I'll have to try if no one knows

  • Anyone know what the lowest temperature setting you can set on this is?

  • avoid kogan branded products. had a fitness tracker that lasted less than a week

do I want to blow the fuse for the entire block again? tempting. as. hell.
