Looking for a deal on NBN + landline

I am looking to switch my in-laws to a new NBN plan. They still use their landline heaps and want unlimited calls in order to avoid bill shock later on. They aren't big internet users so I think NBN25 would be fine. They have a pension concession, but I can't find any places that will offer a discount for that.

Right now, I think the 2 best options are
ABB - 84/month for NBN25 + unlimited calls
Optus - 75/month for NBN50 + unlimited calls + $200 start up fee

Does anyone else have any ideas?

Aussie Broadband seniors, NBN12 + unlimited calls for $64.

They will probably be perfectly fine with NBN12, unless they are streaming multiple video streams simultaneously.
