What you do is get the Ethernet cable coming out from the nbn HFC box and plug it into the eero. eero is not compatible with certain ISPs....

You can plugin eero to the nbn NTD if the ISP you are with uses the IPoE protocol. It is not possible if the ISP uses the PPPoE and VLAN...
